I loved the price, the location, and the friendly and helpfull staff. T room was great, and the computer in the loby was right on point.

Not much. If I had know how rundown it was I would have paid more elsewhere. I guess it fills a need, but not for me.
It was run down and smelled of old smoking.

Cheapest rate I could find.
Unclean rooms. Stains/rips all over mattress - springs coming through top. Dirt on bedcover when arriving, found dirty sock in bedside table drawer! Also found used washcloth hanging over shower curtain rod upon walking into the bathroom. Yuk! Bed was had to be 20+ years old - hard as a brick. No phone provided in room - not safe! Wouldn't be able to dial 911 if I didn't have a cell phone. Hotel provided cups with "Comfort Inn" on then and ice buckets and try's that said "Holiday Inn". Unprofessional. Could not reach front desk by phone - only option is to leave a message and hope they return your call. What a rediculous Hotel. Never using them again.
